From a young age, water has been my language. I swam competitively in school, moving through lanes as if emotion itself had learned how to win. Water held my joy, my discipline,
my breath.

Later, SCUBA diving entered my life effortlessly, as if remembering me. I trained in open water
where the earth opens, crystal, aqua, mystic depths, the cenotes of Tulum.

My hands were wet,filled with energy. The joy moved from the inside out, vibrant, undeniable.

Wet Hands carries science-based teachings, emerging at the intersection of physics, energy observation, and disciplined presence. Each hand position reveals a story, what the body is ready to release,  what it is ready to remember.

The ocean teaches the beauty of life: its constant movement, its change, its quiet power.
