In First Degree class, you will be empowered to treat yourself and others in Usui Shiki Ryoho - The Usui Method of Natural Healing.

In this introductory Reiki workshop, students will:

Apply a traditional hands-on practice and body pattern, in self treatment and on others
Learn the history and principles of Reiki practice
Perceive areas of reduced vitality, and to understand how dis-ease stores in the energetic body
Receive many Reiki treatments
Reiki I class is a 16-hour commitment, and students receive four initiations
