The Practice
Reiki is developed through direct experience. Training begins with initiation and attunements, but what grows over time is sensitivity and perception. Through consistent practice, I refine awareness of subtle changes in temperature, density, rhythm, and nervous system response. Experience becomes the teacher.
Dry Hands
Early in my practice, sessions produced strong physical sensations; warmth, moisture, and activation. Over time, the expression changed.
My hands became completely dry. Not absent—regulated. The work feels quieter and more precise. Surface sensation decreases while depth perception increases.
I use the term Dry Hands to describe this stage: regulation replacing intensity, clarity replacing overt sensation.
The ReikiDoes Experience
With ReikiDoes, I move between activation and stillness. Some sessions occur in water, where buoyancy and sensory input support the regulation of the nervous system. Others take place on land, emphasizing stillness and internal awareness.
Both environments help the body settle, reorganize, and remember balance.
A practice grounded in attention—revealed step by step.
