By using our website, booking a session, or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them with care.

2. Services

Reiki Does offers Reiki sessions, classes, and related wellness experiences.
All services are subject to availability and may be updated or adjusted at any time to best support participants.

3. Booking Process

When scheduling a session:

• You agree to provide accurate personal information
• Payments are processed securely through Acuity and its integrated payment providers
• Your appointment is confirmed once payment is successfully completed

4. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Acuity using Stripe.
We do not store or process full payment details on our website.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Treatments (Sessions)

To honor both your time and the preparation of the space, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session exchange applies, as the time has been  reserved just for you.

Class registration 

Is a commitment to the shared learning space and preparation of materials. For this reason, class payments are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, please contact us and we will welcome you into a future class when space becomes available.

Skin Diving classes may be canceled due to weather or water conditions. In that case, a full refund will be issued. If you cannot attend a scheduled Skin Diving session, please contact us and you will be offered another available date.

6. No-Refund Policy

Missed appointments or late cancellations are considered used sessions and are not refundable. Rescheduling may be offered according to the policy above.

7. User Responsibilities

By using this website and our services, you agree to:

• Use the services respectfully and lawfully
• Not disrupt or interfere with the website or booking system
• Provide truthful and current information when booking

8. Wellness Disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation and awareness.
It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No specific results are guaranteed. By booking, you acknowledge you understand the nature of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility
• Reiki Does is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes take effect once posted with a new effective date.
