Reiki Does provides Reiki healing sessions, Reiki classes and related wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Booking Process

When you schedule a session:

• You must provide accurate personal information.
• You agree that all payments are processed securely through Acuity/its integrated payment processors.
• Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Payments

Payments for all sessions are collected directly through Acuity using its integrated payment providers (Stripe). We do not store or process payment information on our website.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens. However, all cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made manually by contacting us.

• Requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• If you fail to attend your appointment or request changes after the allowed window, the session is considered used.

6. No Refund Policy

If you cancel or miss your appointment, the payment is not refunded.

Rescheduling is allowed according to the policy above, but refunds are not offered.

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website or booking system.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking.

• Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the session in question.
